Good morning parents, Here we are well into Week 8 - only several more days together as a Year 4 team. One of the highlights for us was having the 4Z grandparents in for a visit this term and seeing the pride in our students' faces as they shared their classroom with them. Over the next few school days, we will be contacting some parents via email to inform them about their child's current achievements and academic needs leading into 2024. Christmas Concert 2023 The Christmas Concert this year is on Wednesday November 29 in Week 8.  There are basic costumes required for each year group. The Year 4 cohort are asked to dress as traditional town people. Town people: Old pillowcase; cut outs for head and arms and rope or scrap of material for waist and old tea towel for head with rope or scrap of material to keep on head. Perhaps a vest or old dressing gown over the top but we can plan on it being hot!  Any questions to jane.king@cewa.edu.au   Thanks so much for your support 😊

Uthando Dolls Thank you to the parents, grandparents and relatives who have found time to come in and help out to create these dolls. Helpers are encouraged for the continuing next couple of Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons from 2 to 3.  If you have a sewing machine and able to bring it in to reinforce our stitching or just have some helpful needle skills and have an hour to spare you will be warmly welcomed!   Hat Off to Teachers: Thank you for the words of appreciation, little gifts and fun hats to celebrate World Teacher's Day. We are very blessed this year to have such an incredible bunch of kids that we get to learn so much from each and every day. The morning tea put on by the P&F for the teachers was sensational! Thank you for spoiling us. Uniforms: Please take some tim...
